The posting

Join an energetic talent acquisition team as a French Recruiter. You will play a pivotal role in identifying top-tier French-speaking candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, and guiding applicants through the hiring workflow.

Position Details & Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Review applications, analyze CVs, and conduct preliminary phone/video interviews for French-speaking roles.
  • Candidate Guidance: Provide prospective candidates with detailed role expectations, contract terms, and relocation assistance info.
  • Contract Type: 6-month contract with a 30-day initial trial period.
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,250 – €1,450 gross/month (depending on relevant background and experience).
  • Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (approx. €154/month).
  • Health Coverage: Comprehensive health insurance effective from Day 1.
  • Relocation Package: Dedicated relocation assistance for candidates moving from abroad + accommodation. (excluding flight ticket reimbursement).

Candidate Requirements

  • Native or C1-level proficiency in French paired with fluent English skills.
  • EU citizenship or an existing work permit for Portugal.
  • Background in recruitment, human resources, agency staffing, or candidate selection.
  • Strong communication skills and dynamic multitasking capabilities.
