The posting

French-speaking Customer Service – E-Health Platform

Location: Braga, Portugal Work model: On-site Language: French Salary: €930 gross/month × 14 months Contract: 6 months

Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotational shifts between 07:00–19:00, plus Saturday 08:00–15:00. Two days off: Sunday + one rotational day.

The role: On-site customer-service position with Concentrix in Braga, providing French-language customer support in a dynamic service environment.

Requirements:

  • C2/native-level French
  • Must already reside in Portugal
  • Must live within 50 km of the Braga office
  • Candidates requiring relocation or living outside the radius will not be considered

Benefits:

  • €2,000 welcome bonus, paid over 12 monthly instalments
  • €155 performance bonus
  • 6-month contract

Relocation: No relocation support.

Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Portugal, within 50 km of Braga, and have the necessary valid work permit/right to work in Portugal.
