German Customer Support Specialist – Join our Team in Piraeus, Greece!

Ready for a fresh start where the sun always shines? We are looking for enthusiastic German speakers to join our international customer operations in the beautiful coastal city of Piraeus. If you are looking for a role with great bonuses and a supportive environment, this is for you!

Unbeatable Financial Package:

Base Salary: €1,200 Gross per month.

Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to €150 extra.

Training Bonus: €100 reward upon successful completion of your initial training.

Loyalty Bonus: A €300 bonus waiting for you after your first 6 months.

Accommodation Support: We help you find your new home and provide financial assistance for your stay in Greece.

Working Hours & Location:

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, within the window of 09:00 – 23:00.

Work-Life Balance: No overnight shifts!

Location: Piraeus, the gateway to the Greek islands, featuring a vibrant port atmosphere and easy access to central Athens.

Your Role:

Handling inbound inquiries from German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.

Providing professional solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Working closely with a multicultural team to meet quality targets.

Managing customer data accurately in our modern CRM system.

Requirements:

Languages: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and fluent English (B2).

Availability: Ready to start your adventure on March 20th, 2026.

Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and basic computer literacy.

Flexibility: Comfortable working rotating shifts within the 09:00–23:00 timeframe.
