About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join a customer support team in Bucharest.

The role involves supporting customers through phone, email and live chat while ensuring accurate documentation, effective issue resolution and a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email and live chat.
  • Use CRM systems to accurately document customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Provide a professional, patient, empathetic and solution-oriented customer experience.

Requirements

  • Advanced C1–C2 proficiency in German, spoken and written.
  • Minimum B2 proficiency in English for internal communication.
  • Strong communication and active-listening skills.
  • Good computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Customer service experience or the ability to effectively handle phone, email and live-chat interactions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and accurate customer documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Comfortable with cross-selling and upselling.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Ability to commute to the District 4 office in Bucharest 3 days per week.
  • Local candidates only; relocation support is not provided.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 5,969 RON net/month total base net income, including:5,569 RON net base salary 400 RON net work setup allowance
  • Meal vouchers of 25 RON per worked day, loaded monthly onto a Pluxee Card.
  • Performance bonuses based on CSAT and service quality KPIs.
  • Additional earning opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Weekend and overtime coverage is rare and compensated with a 25% premium.
  • 1-week training programme, Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00.
  • Multiple start dates available.
