Are you a fluent German speaker seeking a career boost in one of Europe's most affordable and dynamic capital cities? A premier global customer experience leader is looking for Customer Support Advisors to represent a prestigious Swiss telecommunications brand in Sofia, Bulgaria.

This role offers the perfect blend of customer care and consultative sales. Whether resolving technical inquiries or identifying opportunities to upgrade a customer's plan, team members act as critical brand ambassadors. With a comprehensive 5-week fully paid training program, a clear path to hybrid work, and incredible internal promotion paths (to Team Leader, Trainer, or Coach), this is a phenomenal launchpad for long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via inbound channels.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding administrative, technical, and billing topics.
  • Guide customers smoothly through product features, subscription updates, and system changes.
  • Identify natural sales opportunities during conversations to maximize customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Log interactions accurately in internal systems and escalate complex cases to specialized departments when necessary.

Requirements

  • Language: High proficiency in German (spoken, read, and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Ready to work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday (flexible 8-hour, 6-hour, or 4-hour options).
  • Mindset: A combination of a customer-first attitude and a drive for consultative sales.
  • Location: Willing to work on-site in Sofia for the first 4 months, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule (2 days remote per week) based on performance KPIs.
  • Legality: Must possess valid EU documentation or working rights to legally relocate to and work in Bulgaria immediately.
