The posting

Als Projectmanager Facilitaire Dienst bij CB ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en integraal beheer van gebouwen, inclusief installaties en technische voorzieningen. Je houdt overzicht over onderhoud van gebouwgebonden installaties, veiligheid en leveranciers. Daarbij zorg je dat werkzaamheden goed, veilig en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd. Je vervult daarbij een verbindende rol tussen de organisatie, gebruikers, leveranciers, aannemers en adviseurs en zorgt zo dat de gebouwen technisch, facilitair en financieel optimaal functioneren.

De ene dag ben je druk met het oplossen van een complexe storing aan een klimaatinstallatie, de andere dag werk je aan een grote renovatie van een verouderd pand. Tussendoor houd je de meerjarenonderhoudsplanning bij in het facility-systeem en bereid je een contractverlenging voor. Je werkt intensief samen met de collega's van de Facilitaire Dienst: Coördinator Facilitaire Dienst, medewerker Facilitaire Dienst en een Technische Medewerker Facilitaire Dienst.

“Een verouderd pand is toe aan een grote renovatie: het dak en de gevel worden gerenoveerd én er wordt een klimaatinstallatie geïnstalleerd. Hoe leid je dit project in goede banen?”

Je pelt het project eerst per onderdeel af en haalt voor ieder onderdeel de juiste leveranciers erbij. Daarbij gebruik je je eigen technische kennis om het advies van de leveranciers te wegen. Samen met de leveranciers stel je een businesscase op, bijvoorbeeld voor zonnepanelen met een terugverdientijd. Vervolgens presenteer je dit aan de directie. Je onderbouwt je advies op de inhoud en zorgt dat de planning van de aannemers en jouw eigen planning op elkaar aansluiten, zodat het hele project beheersbaar blijft.

Wat is vereist?

  • Hbo diploma in een technische richting
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met technisch gebouwbeheer, vastgoedbeheer of property management
  • Ervaring met technisch projectmanagement en het aansturen van aannemers, installateurs en leveranciers
  • Brede kennis van bouwkunde, werktuigbouwkunde en elektrotechniek
  • Je bent sociaal en kunt duurzame relaties onderhouden
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift

Wat krijg je?

  • €5.000 - €6.400 bruto p/m o.b.v. een 38-urige werkweek (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring)
  • 3% eindejaarsuitkering
  • 28 vakantiedagen + optie tot 10 extra dagen bijkopen (o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband)
  • 13 ADV-dagen: kies voor extra vrije tijd óf extra salaris (o.b.v. fulltime dienstverband)
  • Goede pensioenregeling met een eigen bijdrage van 3,5% en een collectieve ziektekostenverzekering met korting op aanvullende verzekeringen
  • Een attentie van €45,- netto voor je verjaardag en met Koningsdag
