Vem ser CBA e Viva Corp e transformar seu futuro!Se você é movido por novos desafios, tem vontade de crescer e de trabalhar em um ambiente com um excelente clima organizacional, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Como Contramestre você será responsável por apoiar tecnicamente o Mestre de Obras na condução da execução diária do canteiro, acompanhando serviços operacionais, verificando conformidade dos métodos construtivos e assegurando que as equipes terceirizadas executem as atividades conforme padrões de qualidade, segurança e produtividade definidos pela Engenharia da CBA.Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯 O que espera por você no seu dia a dia:Auxiliar na administração do cronograma de obras;Ler e interpretar projetos de alvenaria, formas e armaduras;Coordenar equipe de mão de obra própria e/ou terceirizada;Delegar, controlar e receber serviços prestados por equipe de mão de obra própria e ou terceirizada;Analisar toda a construção do projeto junto ao Mestre de Obra;Orientar a correta instalação do canteiro de obras, visando melhor organização do ambiente de trabalho;Fazer junto com o profissional da área o levantamento do material a ser utilizado para providenciar a requisição junto ao almoxarifado;Orientar os funcionários do setor sobre o correto desempenho das tarefas, acompanhando a sua execução;Garantir as normas de segurança no trabalho;Garantir que as equipes sob sua administração, faça o devido uso dos EPIs;Evitar desperdícios de materiais;Manter seus superiores informados sobre o andamento do projeto;Realizar locações de obra.
