Vem ser CBA e Viva Corp e transformar seu futuro!Se você é movido por novos desafios, tem vontade de crescer e de trabalhar em um ambiente com um excelente clima organizacional, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Como Engenheiro Civil você será responsável por garantir a execução técnica, o controle operacional e a qualidade dos empreendimentos da CBA, atuando conforme o padrão e complexidade de cada obra e assegurando que todas as etapas sejam concluídas com precisão, segurança e alinhamento às diretrizes das marcas Viva Corp e CBACorp.Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯 O que espera por você no seu dia a dia:Acompanhar frentes simples de obra por meio da observação da execução, conferência das atividades básicas e alinhamento com o Gerente da Obra, responsável de forma a garantir aderência ao planejado;Realizar levantamentos iniciais de materiais e serviços através da medição física, conferência de quantidades e registro dos dados com a ação de apoiar controles operacionais;Auxiliar nos processos de contratação, suprimentos e planejamento;Controlar apontamentos e consumos em obras menores a partir da conferência de listas, atualização das planilhas e comunicação das inconsistências com o intuito de manter dados operacionais organizados;Auxiliar na fiscalização de entregas e serviços por intermédio da verificação dos insumos, análise visual das execuções e registro das ocorrências de forma a apoiar o controle de qualidade;Acompanhar cronogramas básicos a partir da comparação entre previsto e realizado e comunicação dos desvios com o propósito de sustentar previsibilidade do andamento;Organizar informações técnicas iniciais conforme o padrão de cada empreendimento e marca (VivaCorp ou CBA Corp) por meio da checagem dos dados e reporte das correções necessárias com a finalidade de evitar divergências internas;Apoiar medições de serviços simples através da conferência das quantidades executadas e registro dos dados com a ação de assegurar precisão nas validações básicas;Atuar em obras utilizando orientação constante do gerente da obra, visando desenvolver domínio técnico e confiabilidade operacional.Requisitos e qualificações🔎 O que esperamos de você:Pré-requisitos: Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia Civil;Registro ativo no CREA;Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de projetos;Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em obra.
