The posting

  • You are an experienced Change Manager passionate about delivering meaningful change in Group Security.
  • You are committed to creating a great change experience for our people and customers.
  • 12-month opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.

See yourself in our team

Our purpose is to create a cyber-secure organisation so that our people and customers are kept safe, sound, and secure for generations to come. We manage Group Security risk today while investing for the future, through intelligent protection, detection, response, recovery & resilience.

Do work that matters

Build your career as a Senior Organisational Change Manager, supporting Group Security projects that make a real difference to our people and our customers. You’ll use your change expertise, curiosity and creative thinking to partner closely with delivery teams, leaders and impacted stakeholders to shape and deliver change approaches that help our people understand, adopt and sustain new ways of working.

Initially supporting the Unified Security Posture Management initiative, this role will be embedded within the DevSecOps space to help support the alignment of development, security and operations to make the delivery, security, reliability and resilience of our products a shared responsibility for Crews and Squads throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the change strategy and approach, partnering with delivery teams and senior stakeholders to drive successful adoption.
  • Assess and clearly articulate the impacts of change on our people, teams and ways of working.
  • Design and deliver fit-for-purpose change interventions across stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness and adoption.
  • Translate complex technical change into simple, meaningful messages that help people understand what’s changing and what they need to do differently.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify knowledge and capability gaps, and adapt the change approach accordingly.
  • Use insights, feedback and metrics to monitor readiness and adoption and continuously improve the change approach.
  • Provide timely and practical change advice to senior leaders and delivery teams, including clear visibility of change risks, progress and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively across Group Security and the broader change community, sharing insights and contributing to continuous improvement of our change capability.

We are interested to hear from people who:

  • Have experience delivering complex organisational change in fast-paced environments and can create positive impact at speed.
  • Can confidently translate complex or technical change into simple, practical experiences for impacted people.
  • Have strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders and delivery teams.
  • Can develop pragmatic change strategies and interventions based on the needs and impacts of the change, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Are proactive, comfortable working autonomously and able to navigate ambiguity.
  • Use data, insights and feedback to understand whether change is landing and adjust their approach where needed.
  • Are comfortable working in agile environments and partnering closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Have experience delivering technology change, with cyber security, engineering or DevSecOps experience highly regarded.
  • Have a strong risk mindset, proactively identifying, discussing and acting on current and emerging risks.
  • Put customers first and bring Care, Courage and Commitment to how they work.

Working with us You’ll join a supportive and inclusive team where different perspectives are valued, development is encouraged, and people are empowered to make an impact.

You’ll have the opportunity to deliver meaningful work that helps protect our people and customers, while building your experience in complex security and technology transformation.

You’ll also be part of a collaborative OCM community where we share ideas, challenge our thinking and support each other to continuously improve how we deliver change.

We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done. We collaborate in person across our CBA offices for at least 50% of our time each month.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
