In Italia, le sedi di Varedo (MB), Grassobbio (BG) e Cesena (FC), in stretta collaborazione con gli altri uffici europei, costituiscono uno dei poli operativi più rilevanti del gruppo. L’attività spazia dal settore chimico-farmaceutico al biocontrollo in agricoltura integrata e biologica, fino alla distribuzione di tecnologie medicali, ottiche ed elettroniche.

Per il potenziamento del team IT – sulla sede di Grassobbio (BG), ricerchiamo un/una:

IT Business Applications Specialist

La risorsa supporterà e assisterà nelle varie attività la sede di Grassobbio e, a livello più ampio, tutte le sedi italiane del gruppo insieme ai colleghi del team. Il ruolo prevede la copertura di tutte le principali aree IT e, in particolare, un focus sull’area applicativi/ERP in uso.

In particolare, le principali attività saranno:

- Fornire supporto agli utenti, tramite sistema di ticketing, nella risoluzione delle problematiche quotidiane.

- Aggiornamento, modifica e sviluppo degli applicativi aziendali in uso (CRM, ERP, software di BI, ecc) in base alle necessità delle diverse funzioni coinvolte.

- Manutenzione ed implementazione dell’architettura dei sistemi informativi cloud-based

- Gestione degli asset fisici (computer, telefoni) della sede di competenza.

- Collaborare con il resto del team IT per supporto e implementazioni di progetti Corporate.

COSA STIAMO CERCANDO

- Laurea ad indirizzo informatico o diploma tecnico ad indirizzo IT.

- Esperienza di 7-9 anni in ruoli simili.

- Conoscenza dei sistemi Windows e di Microsoft 365.

- Esperienza nella gestione, modifica e implementazione di applicativi Corporate.

- Conoscenza delle basi di Business Intelligence e dei processi aziendali ad essa correlati.

- Esperienza nella gestione di reti aziendali.

- Conoscenza di database SQL.

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

- Capacità di relazione e comunicazione efficace.
