Supervisionar a equipe de administração de vendas e dar suporte aos Consultores de vendas externas, visando assegurar o bom atendimento dos clientes bem como a organização e o cumprimento de metas estabelecidas pela empresa para a divisão GNPResponsabilidades e atribuições- Participar das definições das Políticas e estratégias de vendas, e garantir o seu cumprimento por parte dos Consultores de Vendas externos, solucionando as divergências com os supervisores de vendas ou consultores.- Acompanhar o Orçamento de Vendas objetivando o atendimento das metas estabelecidas pela Cia. para os segmentos, bem como participar da implementação das ações visando o atendimento destas metas.- Manter disponíveis informações atualizadas sobre preços e condições de vendas, através do sistema de vendas e do envio de tabelas de preços, políticas comerciais, listas de promoções e outras informações aos consultores de vendas e clientes.- Prestar suporte e treinamento aos Consultores sobre a correta utilização e atualização do sistema de Vendas. - Prestar suporte aos supervisores de vendas mantendo-os informados sobre a situação da carteira de pedidos e clientes.- Identificar e acompanhar a solução de problemas oriundos dos sistemas de vendas, junto à Área de Informática, bem como dar suporte aos usuários do Sistema na Área Comercial - Realizar treinamentos com a equipe de vendas, mantendo-a atualizada quanto a Legislação, Regras de negócios, Produto, Utilização dos Sistemas etc., objetivando o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores e garantindo a eficiência e melhoria contínua dos processos.- Administrar e conhecer os aspectos da LGPD - Lei Geral de Proteção de DadosRequisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de instrução mínimo: Superior Completo em Administração ou áreas correlatas;Grau de instrução desejável: Pós-Graduação em Vendas;Competências Desejáveis: Excel Avançado Conhecimento SAP Inglês Intermediário; Competências Comportamentais: Comunicação Organização Liderança.
