L’attività spazia dal settore chimico-farmaceutico al biocontrollo in agricoltura integrata e biologica, fino alla distribuzione di tecnologie medicali, ottiche ed elettroniche.

Biogard, divisione di CBC (Europe), è da anni protagonista nel settore del biocontrollo, sviluppando soluzioni come agrofarmaci biologici, insetti utili (beneficials), biostimolanti e prodotti per la nutrizione delle piante. Per il potenziamento del team Ricerca e Sviluppo – divisione Biogard – sulla sede di Cesena (FC), ricerchiamo un/una:

Beneficials Development Specialist

La risorsa contribuirà allo sviluppo tecnico e alla validazione delle soluzioni di biocontrollo basate su organismi utili, con un focus specifico su insetti utili, acari predatori, parassitoidi, nematodi entomopatogeni e altri agenti biologici impiegati nei programmi di difesa integrata. In particolare, le sue principali attività saranno:

- Supportare la valutazione tecnica di nuovi organismi utili e nuove strategie di impiego in campo e in ambiente protetto.

- Contribuire allo sviluppo di programmi di biocontrollo e difesa integrata per le principali colture agricole italiane.

- Pianificare, seguire e monitorare prove di efficacia relative a beneficials in pieno campo e in serra.

- Predisporre report tecnici, sintesi dei risultati e presentazioni a supporto delle decisioni di sviluppo.

- Contribuire al trasferimento delle conoscenze verso clienti, distributori, tecnici e stakeholder del settore.

COSA STIAMO CERCANDO

- Laurea in Scienze Agrarie, Produzioni Vegetali, Protezione delle Colture, Entomologia, Biotecnologie Agrarie o discipline affini.

- Esperienza di 2-3 anni in ruoli simili: sperimentazione agraria, protezione delle colture, biocontrollo o ricerca applicata. Saranno valutati positivamente anche candidati provenienti da dottorati, assegni di ricerca o centri sperimentali nell’ambito del biocontrollo.

- Interesse concreto per gli organismi utili e le tecniche di biocontrollo; conoscenza dei principi della difesa integrata e dei principali fitofagi delle colture agrarie.

- Capacità di raccogliere, organizzare, analizzare e interpretare dati sperimentali.

- Passione per l’agricoltura sostenibile, il biocontrollo e l’innovazione tecnica.

- Attitudine al lavoro sul territorio e alla gestione operativa di attività sperimentali.

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

- Patente B.
