Somos uma empresa brasileira focada em Squad as a Service & Low-Code com mais de 14 anos de experiência, trabalhando com clientes de diversos portes e segmentos. Estamos procurando Especialista em Mendix (Sênior) para projetar, desenvolver e dar suporte a soluções para clientes no brasil e exterior, mas sendo 100% remoto.

Responsabilidades:

• Projetar, desenvolver e implementar soluções usando a plataforma Mendix.

• Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para garantir o alinhamento dos requisitos técnicos com as necessidades de negócio.

• Fornecer orientação técnica e mentoria a desenvolvedores juniores e plenos.

• Analisar e refatorar código existente para garantir a performance e manutenção da solução.

• Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com stakeholders para identificar requisitos de projeto e garantir a entrega de uma solução que agregue valor ao cliente.

• Garantir a qualidade do software por meio de revisões de código e testes rigorosos.

• Propor melhorias e adotar melhores práticas para o desenvolvimento Low Code.

Experiência

• Experiência sólida (5+ anos) em desenvolvimento de software, sendo pelo menos 3 anos em Mendix.

• Sólida experiência com a metodologia Agile/Scrum.

• Habilidade em análise de requisitos e tradução em funcionalidades técnicas.

• Experiência com integração de APIs e serviços de terceiros.

• Conhecimento em modelagem de dados e arquitetura de soluções.

• Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade analítica.

• Experiência prévia em liderança técnica e orientação de equipes de desenvolvimento.

• Habilidade de comunicação clara e eficiente para interagir com equipes não técnicas e stakeholders.

Diferenciais

• Certificação Mendix (Advanced ou Expert Developer).

• Experiência em outras plataformas Low Code, como OutSystems ou Power Apps.

• Experiência com DevOps e CI/CD.

• Conhecimento em design de UX/UI.

• Experiência com práticas de segurança de software.

Formação

• Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou similar;
