In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced electricians on new home construction projects, learning the trade from the ground up while gaining real-world experience in electrical systems and safety practices. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Currently enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) a state-approved Electrical Apprenticeship Program
  • Interest in building a long-term career in the electrical trade
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to safely perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in construction environments
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining CBH’s standards of professionalism and quality workmanship
