Prowadzenie spraw kadrowych i płacowych pracowników jednostki oraz spraw związanych z obsługą umów zlecenia. Prowadzenie i bieżąca aktualizacja akt osobowych pracowników oraz dokumentacji związanej z przebiegiem zatrudnienia. Prowadzenie ewidencji zatrudnienia, stanowisk pracy, wymiaru czasu pracy, urlopów, czasu pracy. Sporządzanie i przekazywanie dokumentów zgłoszeniowych, rozliczeniowych. i wyrejestrowujących do Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych dotyczących pracowników i zleceniobiorców oraz prowadzenie spraw związanych z ubezpieczeniami społecznymi i zdrowotnymi tych osób. Naliczanie i rozliczanie zaliczek na podatek dochodowy od osób fizycznych z tytułu wynagrodzeń pracowników oraz umów zlecenia, a także sporządzanie i przekazywanie wymaganych deklaracji i informacji podatkowych.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Specjalista do spraw kadr umiejetności - KURS KADROWO-PŁACOWY umiejetności - chęć do pracy i do pogłębiania wiedzy umiejetności - biegła obsługa programów komputerowych; umiejetność pracy samodzielnej i w zespole; rzetelność, dokładność i systematyczność, komunikatywność i wysoka kultura osobista, [Inne] : Znajomość zagadnień kadrowo-płacowych.
