1. Dbanie o czystość i zieleń w zasobach OSM. 2. Organizacja i prowadzenie zimowego utrzymania zasobów. 3. Tworzenie planu nasadzeń zieleni. 4. Organizacja, nadzór i odpowiedzialność za koordynację wszystkich prac związanych z pracami na terenach zielonych i porządkiem na osiedlach oraz nadzór i kierowanie pracą podległych pracowników. 5. Prowadzenie dziennych kart ewidencji czasu pracy i wykonywanych zleceń, prac kosztorysowych przez pracowników. 6. Nadzór nad terminową realizacją przyjętych zleceń. 7. Przestrzeganie technologii i jakości wykonywanych robót zgodnie z obowiązującymi normami. 8. Kontrolowanie jakości wykonania robót. 9. Wykonywanie przedmiarów przed i obmiarowania po wykonaniu zleconych robót prowadzenie ewidencji obmiarów. 10. Wystawianie zleceń roboczych zgodnie z obowiązującymi katalogami norm i księgą obmiarów oraz przestrzeganie obowiązku zapoznania brygady ze zleceniem roboczym przed przystąpieniem do pracy, a po wykonaniu zleceń roboczych rozliczanie systemem dniówkowym, określenie brygadzie terminu wykonania robót. 11. Terminowe i bieżące rozpatrywanie pism oraz terminowe udzielanie odpowiedzi. 12. Kontrola i nadzór terenów zielonych, placów zabaw oraz wnioskowanie o wykonanie robót naprawczych. 13. Nadzór nad przeglądem zieleni i drzewostanu oraz rejestrem dokumentacji ogródków przydomowych. 14. Przeprowadzanie inwentaryzacji terenów zielonych i ich aktualizacja.
