1. Administracja oraz utrzymanie modułów SAP FI (Financial Accounting) oraz SAP CO (Controlling). 2. Zapewnienie ciągłości działania systemu SAP w obszarze finansowo-kontrolingowym. 3. Obsługa zgłoszeń użytkowników systemu oraz ich analiza i rozwiązywanie, konfiguracja systemu SAP w zakresie FI/CO zgodnie z potrzebami biznesowymi, analiza wymagań użytkowników oraz przygotowywanie propozycji zmian w systemie (w tym specyfikacji). 4. Współpraca z użytkownikami biznesowymi (działy księgowości, controllingu) w zakresie wsparcia procesów finansowych. 5. Współpraca z dostawcami zewnętrznymi oraz z wewnętrznymi zespołami programistycznymi przy implementacji zmian i nowych funkcjonalności. 6. Testowanie zmian systemowych oraz udział w testach integracyjnych i akceptacyjnych. 7. Weryfikacja prac i dokumentacji, nadzór techniczny i organizacyjny. 8. Udział w projektach rozwojowych systemu SAP oraz w projektach transformacyjnych. 9. Przygotowywanie dokumentacji systemowej i użytkowej.

wykształcenie - brak lub niepełne podstawowe zawód - Pozostali administratorzy systemów komputerowych język obcy - polski, w mowie: C2 - biegły, w piśmie: C2 - biegły - minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy z systemem SAP w obszarze FI (Financial Accounting) oraz CO (Controlling), - doświadczenie w administracji i konfiguracji modułów SAP FI/CO, - znajomość procesów finansowo-księgowych, w szczególności: księga główna, zobowiązania i należności,środki trwałe, controlling kosztów, - doświadczenie w obsłudze zgłoszeń użytkowników oraz analizie i rozwiązywaniu problemów w systemie SAP, - umiejętność komunikacji z użytkownikiem biznesowym, - umiejętność analizy wymagań biznesowych oraz przygotowywania specyfikacji zmian, - umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów, - samodzielność i dobra organizacja pracy, - dobra znajomość MS Excel, - biegła znajomość języka polskiego.

Mile widziana: - znajomość integracji modułów FI/CO z innymi modułami SAP (np. MM, SD, HR), - znajomość przepisów o rachunkowości oraz podatkowych.
