Zakres obowiązków sędziego określony jest w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 8 listopada 2012 r. w sprawie czynności asystentów sędziów ( Dz.U.2012.1270 t.j.)

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Asystent sędziego umiejetności - Dobre zdolności interpersonalne oraz komunikacyjne umiejetności - biegła obsługa komputera, Microsoft Office umiejetności - chęci do przyuczenia się do zawodu Wymagania niezbędne Na stanowisku młodszego asystenta sędziego może być zatrudniony ten, kto: - jest obywatelem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i korzysta z pełni praw cywilnych i obywatelskich, - jest nieskazitelnego charakteru, - jest studentem jednolitych studiów magisterskich na kierunku prawo i ukończył trzeci rok tych studiów, - ukończył 20 lat,

na stanowisku asystenta sędziego może być zatrudniony ten, kto: - jest obywatelem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i korzysta z pełni praw cywilnych i obywatelskich, - jest nieskazitelnego charakteru, - ukończył wyższe studia prawnicze w Polsce i uzyskał tytuł magistra lub zagraniczne uznane w Polsce, - ukończył 20 lat,

na stanowisku starszego asystenta sędziego może być zatrudniony ten, kto: - jest obywatelem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i korzysta z pełni praw cywilnych i obywatelskich, - jest nieskazitelnego charakteru, - ukończył wyższe studia prawnicze w Polsce i uzyskał tytuł magistra lub zagraniczne uznane w Polsce, - ukończył 20 lat, - zajmował stanowisko młodszego asystenta sędziego lub asystenta sędziego przez co najmniej siedem lat, albo zdał egzamin sędziowski, prokuratorski, adwokacki, radcowski, notarialny albo komorniczy lub uzyskał wpis na listę adwokatów albo wpis na listę radców prawnych albo został powołany przez Ministra Sprawiedliwości na stanowisko notariusza albo na stanowisko komornika sądowego.

Wymagania niezbędne znajomość aktów prawnych - Ustawa z 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks cywilny (Dz. U. z 2025 r., poz.1071) według stanu prawnego na dzień konkursu, - Ustawa z 17 listopada 1964 r. Kodeks postępowania cywilnego (t.j.Dz. U. z 2024 r., poz. 1568 z późn. zm.), - Ustawa z 28 lipca 2005 r. o kosztach sądowych w sprawach cywilnych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r., poz. 1228 z późn. zm.), - Ustawa z 25 lutego 1964 r. Kodeks rodzinny i opiekuńczy (t.j. Dz. U z 2023 r., poz. 2809 z późn. zm.), - Ustawa z 6 czerwca 1997 r. Kodeks karny (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r., poz. 383 z późn. zm.), - Ustawa z 6 czerwca 1997 r. Kodeks postępowania karnego (t.j. Dz. U.z 2025 r., poz. 46 z późn. zm.) - Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z 22 października 2015 r. w sprawie opłat za czynności adwokackie (t.j. Dz. U. z 2023 r., poz.1964 z późn. zm.) - Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z 22 października 2015 r. w sprawie opłat za czynności radców prawnych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r.,poz. 118) - Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z 14 maja 2024 r. w sprawie ponoszenia przez Skarb Państwa albo jednostki samorządu terytorialnego kosztów nieopłaconej pomocy prawnejudzielonej przez adwokata z urzędu (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r., poz. 87), - Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z 14 maja 2024 r.w sprawie ponoszenia przez Skarb Państwa albo jednostki samorządu terytorialnego kosztów pomocy prawnej udzielonej przez radcę prawnego z urzędu (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r., poz. 136),
