Asystowanie/ wsparcie/ wykonywanie poleceń spedytora- zakres zadań mi.n.: - Organizacja i koordynacja transportów drogowych, - Strategiczne przydzielanie ładunków do odpowiednich samochodów ciężarowych, - Wyszukiwanie oraz wystawianie ładunków na giełdach transportowych, - Weryfikacja warunków zleceń transportowych z wcześniejszymi ustaleniami telefonicznymi i mailowymi, - Bieżący kontakt telefoniczny i mailowy z Klientami, - Monitorowanie i kontrola realizacji zleceń transportowych, - Szybkie reagowanie i rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów związanych z realizacją transportów - Pozyskiwanie nowych Klientów oraz budowanie długofalowych relacji biznesowych, - Dbanie o jakość i terminowość realizowanych usług, - Weryfikacja zleceniodawców pod kątem kondycji finansowej, - Prowadzenie analiz rentowności realizowanych transportów, - Współpraca z kierowcami i pozostałymi członkami zespołu, - Wspomaganie bieżącej pracy biura.

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Pozostali spedytorzy i pokrewni umiejetności - Obsługa komputera - Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodny kontakt telefoniczny i mailowy z Klientami, - Bardzo dobra obsługa komputera i programów typu excel, - Samodzielność w działaniu i gotowość do podejmowania szybkich, trafnych decyzji, - Umiejętność reagowania na zmieniające się warunki i sytuacje w transporcie, - Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu, - Dobra organizacja pracy i sprawne zarządzanie wieloma zadaniami jednocześnie, - Umiejętność pracy w zespole, - Wysoka kultura osobista, - Dyspozycyjność, - Pozytywne nastawienie, proaktywność i zaangażowanie.

Mile widziane: - Znajomość języka niemieckiego na poziomie komunikatywnym, - Studia na kierunku związanym z transportem, logistyką lub spedycją, - Doświadczenie w pozyskiwaniu Klientów i rozwijaniu współpracy handlowej, - Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w spedycji / branży TSL, - Praktyczna znajomość organizacji transportu drogowego, - Doświadczenie w pracy z giełdami transportowymi.
