-obsługa klientów indywidualnych oraz firmowych w zakresie produktów i usług bankowych; - udzielanie rzetelnych informacji oraz doradztwo dotyczące kredytów, rachunków, lokat i pozostałych produktów bankowych w tym ubezpieczeń; - zapewnienie profesjonalnego serwisu przedsprzedażowego i posprzedażowego, w tym bieżące wsparcie klientów po zawarciu umów; -prawidłowa ewidencja produktów i usług w systemach informatycznych; - realizacja dyspozycji klientów, transakcji gotówkowych i bezgotówkowych; - aktywna sprzedaż produktów i usług bankowych oraz pozyskiwanie nowych klientów; - budowanie i utrzymane długofalowych relacji z klientami opartych na zaufaniu i wysokiej jakości obsługi; - wstępna weryfikacja klientów oraz ocena zdolności kredytowej, w tym analiza sytuacji finansowej oraz ocena ryzyka kredytowego oraz weryfikacja wartości zabezpieczeń; - przygotowanie kompletnej dokumentacji kredytowej oraz rejestracja kredytów w systemie informatycznym Banku; - sporządzanie dokumentów kredytowych oraz dokumentów niezbędnych do ustanowienia zabezpieczeń, zgodnie z decyzjami kredytowymi; - otwieranie, prowadzenie i bieżące monitorowanie rachunków bankowych; - obsługa kasowa klientów zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami banku; - praca na dwie zmiany w godz. 8.00 - 16.00 oraz 9.00-17.00

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat), kierunek: reklama, marketing, zarządzanie, bankowość, ekonomia, prawo wykształcenie - średnie zawodowe 4-letnie, kierunek: reklama, marketing, zarządzanie, bankowość, ekonomia, prawo zawód - Doradca klienta wykształcenie min. średnie - mile widziany profil ekonomiczny (finanse, bankowość, rachunkowość, marketing i zarządzanie); min. rok doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku, preferencyjnie w banku lub instytucji finansowej; otwartość, komunikatywność oraz zaangażowanie w realizację celów sprzedażowych; umiejętność rozpoznawania potrzeb klientów i dopasowanie do ich rozwiązań finansowych; umiejętność budowania relacji pracy zespołowej; podstawowa wiedza z zakresu bankowości i finansów w tym produktów bankowych; umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu oraz szybkie przyswajanie wiedzy; dobra organizacja pracy; samodzielność oraz odpowiedzialność w realizacji powierzonych zadań. staż pracy ogółem - lata: 1
