1.Kompleksowe doradztwo finansowe dla klientów indywidualnych i biznesowych od analizy potrzeb po finalizację procesu. 2.Pozyskiwanie i utrzymywanie długotrwałych relacji z Klientem. 3.Obsługa w zakresie produktów takich jak kredyty hipoteczne, ubezpieczenia, programy inwestycyjne i oszczędnościowe. 4.Budowanie i rozwijanie portfela Klientów. 5.Dopasowywanie ofert do indywidualnej sytuacji i potrzeb Klientów. 6.Udział w szkoleniach eksperckich oraz mentoring mniej doświadczonych członków zespołu (dla zainteresowanych rozwojem w ścieżce menadżerskiej).

Kogo szukamy? Do naszego zespołu poszukujemy osób, które: Mają doświadczenie w sprzedaży produktów finansowych, kredytowych, inwestycyjnych lub ubezpieczeniowych. Znają realia rynku finansowego i potrafią swobodnie poruszać się wśród różnych ofert i rozwiązań. Potrafią samodzielnie pozyskiwać i obsługiwać klientów, budując z nimi trwałe relacje. Są nastawione na rozwój zawodowy i chętnie podejmują nowe wyzwania. Lubią pracować z celami i wiedzą, jak skutecznie planować działania. Szukają firmy, w której ich doświadczenie zostanie docenione i wykorzystane w pełni.

Wymagania: Doświadczenie w doradztwie finansowym, bankowości, pośrednictwie kredytowym lub ubezpieczeniach. Znajomość produktów finansowych i umiejętność ich prezentacji. Wysoka kultura osobista, zaangażowanie i samodzielność. Minimum średnie wykształcenie. Zaświadczenie o niekaralności. Dyspozycyjność min. 20h tygodniowo. Prawo jazdy kat. B mile widziane. Posługiwanie się językiem polskim w stopniu ojczystym lub min. C2.
