Zakres odpowiedzialności: 1. Analityka i rozwiązywanie problemów: Wnikliwa analiza dokumentacji konstrukcyjnej i wymagań klienta z zakresu zwojenia turbogeneratorów. Identyfikacja i eliminacja błędów w procesach produkcyjnych: zwojenia turbogeneratorów chłodzonych powietrzem, gazem oraz wodą. Wdrażanie strategii zapobiegania problemom (P-FMEA). Aktywny udział w doskonaleniu i usprawnianiu procesów. Tworzenie wymagań do przeprowadzenia np. prób napięciowych turbogeneratorów.

2. Opracowywanie dokumentacji: Tworzenie szczegółowych instrukcji i procedur produkcyjnych. Współpraca z zespołami projektowymi w zakresie dokumentacji technicznej. Przygotowanie dokumentacji procesowej do uruchomienia produkcji (opis krok po kroku produkcji turbogeneratora z uwzględnieniem wymagań, narzędzi, materiałów).

3. Wsparcie produkcji: Transfer danych konstrukcyjnych do systemu MRP (SAP). Przygotowanie danych procesowych do zapytań ofertowych. Współpraca z działami produkcji i jakości w celu zapewnienia efektywnego przebiegu procesów.
