Zakres wykonywanych zadań na stanowisku: 1. Utrzymanie systemu zarządzania bezpieczeństwem informacji: polityki, procedury, coroczny przegląd. 2. Szacowanie ryzyka i przygotowanie planu postępowania z ryzykiem. 3. Analiza logów i monitorowanie zdarzeń bezpieczeństwa. 4. Zarządzanie incydentami, w tym zgłaszanie ich do właściwego CSIRT. 5. Zarządzanie podatnościami i nadzór nad ich usuwaniem. 6. Nadzór nad systemami ochrony, bezpieczeństwem sieci i konfiguracją systemów. 7. Przegląd uprawnień użytkowników i weryfikacja testów odtworzeniowych kopii zapasowych . 8. Prowadzenie rejestru monitoringu wizyjnego.

wykształcenie - informatyczne wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Informatyk 1. Wymagania niezbędne: 1. Obywatelstwo polskie. 2. Pełna zdolność do czynności prawnych oraz korzystanie z pełni praw publicznych. 3. Brak skazania prawomocnym wyrokiem sądu za umyślne przestępstwo ścigane z oskarżenia publicznego lub umyślne przestępstwo skarbowe. 4. Wykształcenie wyższe informatyczne lub techniczne o profilu informatycznym. 5. Gotowość do odbycia szkolenia z zakresu bezpieczeństwa teleinformatycznego prowadzonego przez Agencję Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego. 6. Z najomość przepisów: RODO, ustawy o ochronie danych osobowych, ustawy o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, ustawy o ochronie informacji niejawnych, ustawy o informatyzacji działalności podmiotów realizujących zadania publiczne oraz rozporządzenia w sprawie Krajowych Ram Interoperacyjności. 7. Wiedza z zakresu systemu zarządzania bezpieczeństwem informacji, szacowania ryzyka i obsługi incydentów bezpieczeństwa. 8. Znajomość środowiska Windows i Windows Server, usług katalogowych Active Directory, sieci komputerowych, zapór sieciowych i systemów ochrony przed złośliwym oprogramowaniem. 9. Umiejętność analizy logów i zdarzeń bezpieczeństwa. 10. Umiejętność przygotowywania dokumentacji: polityk, procedur, raportów.

2. Wymagania dodatkowe/mile widziane: 1. Zaświadczenie o odbyciu szkolenia ABW z zakresu bezpieczeństwa teleinformatycznego. 2. Certyfikaty z zakresu bezpieczeństwa informacji, np. audytor lub implementator ISO/IEC 27001, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM. 3. Studia podyplomowe z zakresu cyberbezpieczeństwa lub bezpieczeństwa informacji . 4. Doświadczenie w administracji publicznej, w szczególności w obszarze bezpieczeństwa informacji. 5. Doświadczenie w zgłaszaniu incydentów do CSIRT, w tym w systemie S46. 6. Praktyczna znajomość systemów klasy SIEM lub XDR oraz narzędzi do skanowania podatności 7. Umiejętność prowadzenia szkoleń dla pracowników. 8. Prawo jazdy kat. B. 9. Samodzielność, rzetelność, odporność na stres, umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu.
