wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat), kierunek: architektura, budownictwo, inżynieria środowiska, geodezja, elektronik zawód - Inspektor budowlany Uprawnienia/umiejętności - Zweryfikowane na podstawie dokumentów: a) posiadanie obywatelstwa polskiego, z zastrzeżeniem art. 11 ust. 2i3 ustawy o pracownikach samorzadowych, b) pełna zdolność do czynności prawnych oraz korzystanie z pełni praw publicznych, c) brak skazania prawomocnym wyrokiem sądu za umyślne przedsiębiorstwo skarbowe, d) wykształcenie wyższe techniczne na kierunku architektura, budownictwo, inżynieria środowiska, geodezja, elektrotechnika lub pokrewne, e) staż pracy: co najmniej 3 lata stażu pracy, f) prawo jazdy kategorii B, g) stan zdrowia pozwalający na zatrudnienie na określonym stanowisku, h) niepodzlakowana opinia. Zweryfikowane w trakcie rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej: a) zajomość przepisów niżej wymienionych ustaw: - ustawy o samorządzie gminnym, - kodeksu postępowania administracyjnego' - Prawo budowlane, - Prawozamówień publicznych - przepisów wykonawczych do wyżej wymienionych ustaw.
