1. Planowanie robót remontowych i modernizacyjnych, 2. Przygotowywanie przedmiarów i kosztorysów inwestorskich na roboty remontowe i modernizacyjne, 3. Przygotowywanie dokumentów niezbędnych do wyłonienia wykonawców prac projektowych i robót budowlanych, 4. Przygotowywanie umów z wykonawcami projektów i robót, 5. Weryfikacja dokumentacji projektowych pod względem obowiązujących przepisów i rozwiązań technicznych, 6. Formalno-prawne przygotowywanie remontów i modernizacji, 7. Przeprowadzanie okresowych kontroli stanu technicznego budynków, 8. Pełnienie samodzielnej funkcji technicznej w budownictwie - inspektora nadzoru branży budowlanej, 9. Przygotowywanie planów remontów dla administrowanego zasobu.

wykształcenie - budowlane średnie zawodowe wykształcenie - budowlane wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Inżynier budownictwa - budownictwo ogólne Wymagania niezbędne związane ze stanowiskiem pracy : 1. uprawnienia budowlane w specjalności konstrukcyjno-budowlanej bez ograniczeń, 2. przynależność do Okręgowej Izby Inżynierów Budownictwa, 3. minimum 2-letni staż pracy w dziale inwestycji, technicznym lub na stanowisku kierownika budowy, inspektora nadzoru, inżyniera budowy, itp. 4. znajomość przepisów Ustawy prawo budowlane, 5. umiejętność kosztorysowania robót budowlanych, 6. umiejętność obsługi komputera, tj. programów MS Office, NORMA.

Wymagania pożądane związane ze stanowiskiem pracy : 1. min. 2 letnia praktyka zawodowa na budowie przy zabytkach nieruchomych wpisanych do rejestru zabytków, 2. umiejętność obsługi programów komputerowych MS Project 3. znajomość przepisów ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych, 4. prawo jazdy kategorii B, 5. samodzielność, odpowiedzialność, rzetelność, terminowość realizacji zadań.
