wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Kierownik budowy wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, min. 3 lata doświadczenia zawodowego na stanowisku Kierownika Robót / Kierownika Budowy / Koordynatora ds. kontraktów, doświadczenie w branży drogowej - mile widziane, uprawnienia budowlane do kierowania robotami w specjalności drogowej bez ograniczeń lub odpowiadające im ważne uprawnienia budowlane wydane na podstawie wcześniej obowiązujących przepisów - mile widziane, znajomość przepisów prawa budowlanego, znajomość rynku budowlanego w branży drogowej, umiejętność kosztorysowania i tworzenia harmonogramów prac drogowych, umiejętność przygotowywania ofert i szacowania robót budowlanych oraz negocjowania i zlecania kontraktów, podwykonawcom, bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, samodyscyplina, dyspozycyjność, gotowość do częstych wyjazdów służbowych w celu nadzorowania prac, czynne prawo jazdy kat. B, umiejętność pracy w zespole, umiejętność szybkiego podejmowania decyzji i rozwiązywania bieżących problemów
