Zarządzanie zespołem pracowników sklepu tworzenie grafiku, motywowanie i rozwijanie. Ścisła współpraca z Zastępcami Kierownika Sklepu oraz Kierownikiem ds. Operacji i Sprzedaży. Realizacja celów sprzedażowych i optymalizacji strat. Odpowiedzialność za dostępność produktów oraz funkcjonowanie sklepu zgodnie z procedurami i standardami. Wykładanie towaru i dbanie o jego ekspozycję, prace porządkowe w sklepie i jego obrębie Obsługa klienta przy kasie fiskalnej i na sali sprzedaży .
