Zarządzanie zespołem Działu Utrzymania Ruchu oraz organizowanie i nadzorowanie jego pracy. Zapewnienie sprawności technicznej parku maszynowego zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną, instrukcjami eksploatacji oraz obowiązującymi standardami. Zapewnienie ciągłości pracy maszyn i urządzeń poprzez bieżący nadzór nad ich stanem technicznym. Nadzór nad przestrzeganiem przepisów BHP podczas eksploatacji, napraw i remontów maszyn oraz urządzeń. Planowanie i optymalizacja pracy zespołu oraz efektywne zarządzanie harmonogramami. Organizowanie szkoleń i instruktaży z zakresu prawidłowej eksploatacji maszyn i urządzeń. Planowanie oraz nadzorowanie realizacji przeglądów prewencyjnych zgodnie z zasadami TPM. Zarządzanie magazynem części zamiennych. Analiza przyczyn awarii oraz wdrażanie działań zapobiegawczych. Negocjowanie warunków współpracy z dostawcami części, maszyn i materiałów eksploatacyjnych. Współpraca z firmami zewnętrznymi świadczącymi usługi utrzymania ruchu. Utrzymywanie relacji z instytucjami nadzorującymi urządzenia techniczne (m.in. UDT, zakłady energetyczne). Optymalizacja kosztów związanych z naprawami, remontami i eksploatacją infrastruktury technicznej.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Kierownik utrzymania ruchu Wymagania: Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (Mechanika, Elektrotechnika, Automatyka, Mechatronika lub pokrewne). Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku liderskim w dziale utrzymania ruchu w firmie produkcyjnej. Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem (planowanie, organizacja pracy, motywowanie). Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu mechaniki, automatyki oraz hydrauliki i pneumatyki przemysłowej. Wiedza w zakresie nadzoru urządzeń podlegających UDT. Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem, planowaniu pracy i motywowaniu pracowników. Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, rozwiązywania problemów oraz pracy pod presją czasu. Dobra znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office. Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1-B2. Prawo jazdy kat. B. Mile widziane: Znajomość narzędzi Lean Manufacturing, TPM oraz systemów CMMS. Znajomość programu AutoCAD lub pokrewnych. Uprawnienia SEP. Uprawnienia UDT do obsługi wózków widłowych. Uprawnienia F-Gaz. Oferujemy: Stabilne zatrudnienie w rozwijającej się firmie produkcyjnej.
