Wykonywanie przeglądów okresowych urządzeń dźwigniowych Prowadzenie dokumentacji konserwacyjnej zgodnie z wymogami UDT Bieżące usuwanie awarii i usterek zapewnienie sprawności technicznej i bezpiecznej eksploatacji suwnic, wciągników, żurawin itp Utrzyumanie ciągłości pracy maszyn i urządzeń produkcyjnych Współpraca przy organizacji przeglądów, konserwacji i remontów maszyn Analiza przyczyn awarii i wdrażania działań prewencyjnych Udział w uruchomieniach nowych maszyn i instalacji

wykształcenie - zasadnicze zawodowe zawód - Technik konserwator urządzeń dźwigowych uprawnienie - Konserwacja dźwigów osobowych, towarowo-osobowych i towarowych z napędem hydraulicznym oraz pneumatycznym Dodatkowe wymagania: Doświadczenie/praktyka W konserwacii urzadzeń dźwignicowych lub maszyn przemysłowych na podobnym stanowisku W dziale utrzymania ruchu . Znajomość zagadnień mechanicznych, pneumatycznych, hydraulicznvch elektrycznych Umiejetność czytania rysunku technicznego schematów elektrycznych, mechanicznych. Dokładność odpowiedzialność, samodzielność, umiejętność logicznego myślenia, gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym, w systemie dyżurów, świadectwo kwalifikacyine konserwatora urządzeń dźwigowych wydane przez Urząd Dozoru Technicznego (UDT). Mile widziane dodatkowe uprawnienia SEP (E i D) w zakresie eksploatacji i dozoru urzadzeń elektrycznych. Znajomość obowiązujących przepisów BHP, UDT i norm technicznych. Umiejętność diagnozowania usuwania usterek mechanicznych, elektrycznych i hydraulicznych . Wymagane uprawnienia: Świadectwo kwalifikacyjne konserwatora urządzeń dźwignicowych wydane przez Urzad Dozoru Technicznego (UDT). Mile widziane dodatkowe uprawnienia SEP (E i D) w zakresie eksploatacji i dozoru urządzeń elektrycznych . Predyspozycje: manualne, techniczne staż pracy ogółem - lata: 2
