-Rekrutacja cudzoziemców, w tym prowadzenie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych i negocjacji. -Legalizacja zatrudnienia i pobytu (wnioski o pozwolenia na pracę, oświadczenia, wizy). -Nadzór nad miejscami zakwaterowania pracowników (wynajem, standardy, kontrola). -Wprowadzanie nowych pracowników szkolenia BHP, ubrania robocze, wyposażenie. -Współpraca z agencjami zatrudnienia i instytucjami urzędowymi. -Ewidencjonowanie cudzoziemców oraz prowadzenie dokumentacji związanej z zatrudnieniem. -Koordynacja dojazdów pracowników z miejsca zakwaterowania do miejsca pracy. -Tłumaczenia dokumentów lub koordynacja tłumaczeń. -Przygotowywanie i nadzór nad rozliczeniami wynagrodzenia, umowy, faktury. -Kontrola dokumentów finansowych i prawidłowego obiegu dokumentacji. -Dbałość o mienie pracodawcy sprzęt, pojazdy, urządzenia. -Reagowanie na nieprawidłowości, zgłaszanie usterek, propozycje usprawnień.

B wymagane. -Gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych. -Mile widziana znajomość prawa pracy i procedur administracyjnych.
