  • ustalanie harmonogramu pracy Działu Technicznego z uwzględnieniem planów imprez i wydarzeń kulturalnych realizowanych przez Centrum Kultury oraz dbałość i nadzór nad jego terminową realizacją;
  • planowanie i organizowanie pracy podległego zespołu pracowników oraz zapewnienie dla jego członków odpowiednich materiałów koniecznych do prawidłowego funkcjonowania; sporządzanie harmonogramów i zakresów obowiązków,
  • nadzór nad warunkami pracy i bezpieczeństwa podległych pracowników oraz stanem technicznym wszystkich obiektów Centrum Kultury w Polkowicach;
  • kontrola dyscypliny pracy, realizacji zadań oraz przydzielonego budżetu;
  • sporządzanie sprawozdawczości z działalności komórki organizacyjnej
  • nadzór nad wykorzystaniem aut służbowych, ich stanem technicznym i terminowością wykonywanie
