- Koordynowanie pracy kilkuosobowego zespołu produkcyjnego, w tym operatorów maszyn. - Nadzór nad prawidłowym przebiegiem procesu produkcyjnego oraz realizacją planów produkcyjnych, - Monitorowanie parametrów procesu, identyfikowanie strat i inicjowanie działań usprawniających, - Wspieranie zespołu w obsłudze maszyn i urządzeń oraz rozwiązywaniu bieżących problemów produkcyjnych, - Dbanie o jakość produktów, przestrzeganie standardów oraz zasad bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy, Rozliczanie produkcji w systemie SAP oraz dbanie o prawidłowość dokumentacji, - Reagowanie na niezgodności i odchylenia w procesie oraz zgłaszanie ich przełożonemu, - Budowanie dobrej współpracy w zespole, wspieranie pracowników w codziennych obowiązkach i dbanie o dobrą organizację pracy na linii produkcyjnej, - Udział w doskonaleniu procesów i wdrażaniu usprawnień związanych z rozwojem fabryki.

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Mistrz produkcji w przemyśle spożywczym - Doświadczenie w pracy w firmie produkcyjnej przy obsłudze maszyn, mile widzianego w branży FMCG, - Doświadczenie w koordynowaniu pracy zespołu lub kierowaniu pracownikami, - Umiejętność organizowania pracy, ustalania priorytetów i koordynowania zadań, również pod presją czasu, - Umiejętność identyfikowania problemów i szukania skutecznych rozwiązań, - Odpowiedzialność, dokładność, sumienność i zaangażowanie, - Umiejętność komunikacji i budowania współpracy opartej na wzajemnym szacunku, - Dobra znajomość obsługi komputera, - Gotowość do pracy w systemie 3-zmianowym, - Znajomość języka angielskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.
