Praca na umowę zlecienie od 01.01.2027 r. na okres 1 roku z możliwością przedłużenia, praca od 5 do 20 godzin miesięcznie (do ustalenia, stawka 85 zł/osoba, praca pomiędzy 7:30-20:00 (do ustalenia). wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat), kierunek: PSYCHOLOGIA zawód - Psycholog zawód - Lekarz WYMAGANIA NIEZBĘDNE: 1. prawo wykonywania zawodu lekarza, 2. posiadanie przez lekarza: a) tytułu specjalisty lub b) specjalizacji co najmniej I stopnia, lub c) odbywanie przez lekarza szkolenia specjalizacyjnego w określonej dziedzinie medycyny, po ukończeniu modułu podstawowego właściwego dla danego szkolenia specjalizacyjnego lub bycie w trakcie trzeciego roku tego szkolenia w przypadku specjalizacji, dla których został przewidziany moduł jednolity szkolenia - w szczególności w następujących dziedzinach medycyny: chorobach wewnętrznych, pediatrii, ortopedii i traumatologii narządu ruchu, neurologii, psychiatrii, okulistyce i otorynolaryngologii. d) przewodniczącym składu orzekającego może zostać także osoba wykonująca zawód lekarza co najmniej przez okres pięciu lat - z wyłączeniem okresów: wykonywania zawodu w celu odbycia stażu podyplomowego, wykonywania zawodu na podstawie warunkowego prawa wykonywania zawodu, wykonywania zawodu na podstawie prawa wykonywania zawodu na określony zakres czynności zawodowych, okres i miejsce zatrudnienia w podmiocie leczniczym. 3. odbycie szkolenia organizowanego przez Wojewodę Małopolskiego, zakończonego uzyskaniem zaświadczenia uprawniającego do orzekania o niepełnosprawności i stopniu niepełnosprawności (ewentualnie przedłożenie ważnego zaświadczenia uprawniającego do orzekania),
