-udzielanie pomocy rodzinom zastępczym; -przygotowanie planu pomocy dziecku; -pomoc rodzinom zastępczym oraz prowadzącym rodzinne domy dziecka w nawiązaniu wzajemnego kontaktu; -zapewnianie rodzinom zastępczym oraz prowadzącym rodzinne domy dziecka dostępu do specjalistycznej pomocy dla dzieci, w tym psychologicznej, reedukacyjnej i rehabilitacyjnej; -zgłaszanie do ośrodków adopcyjnych informacji o dzieciach z uregulowaną sytuacją prawną, w celu poszukiwania dla nich rodzin przysposabiających; -udzielanie wsparcia pełnoletnim wychowankom rodzinnych form pieczy zastępczej; -przedstawianie corocznego sprawozdania z efektów pracy organizatorowi rodzinnej pieczy zastępczej; -wykonywanie innych zadań zleconych przez Dyrektora PCPR i OZ w zakresie posiadanych kwalifikacji zawodowych.
