Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za: Wykonywanie testów produktów z oferty firmy oraz planowanych do włączenia oraz ich raportowanie zgodnie z procedurami wewnętrznymi. Wsparcie techniczne i doradztwo dla działu sprzedaży, oraz klientów. Troska o płynny przepływ informacji mając na względzie dobro klientów firmy oraz rozwój przedsiębiorstwa. Aktywny udział we wdrażaniu nowych produktów do oferty firmy. Programowanie sterowników LED na zlecenie klientów firmy oraz udział w tworzeniu schematów elektrycznych. Obsługa zgłoszeń reklamacyjnych od klientów oraz działów wewnetrznych Udział w o optymalizacji procesów firmowych W wyjątkowych sytuacjach: Wsparcie Działu Produkcji w zakresie wykonywania prac produkcyjnych oraz komplementarnych; modyfikowanie i tworzenie wyrobów na indywidualne zlecenie klientów firmy w oparciu o dostarczoną specyfikację. Stałe podnoszenie poziomu wiedzy w ramach rozwiązań i technologii funkcjonujących w branży. Przestrzeganie polityki cenowej firmy oraz działania zgodnie z Procedurami wewnętrznymi Pełnienie zastępstwa za inne osoby z tego samego działu w trakcie ich nieobecności.

wykształcenie - zasadnicze zawodowe zawód - Specjalista kontroli jakości język obcy - angielski, w mowie: B1 - średnio zaawansowany, w piśmie: B1 - średnio zaawansowany Wymagania: - doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w dziale serwisu zajmującego się elektroniką/elektryką/oświetleniem. - wykształcenie min. zawodowe lub średnie techniczne (elektrotechnika, elektronika, elektryka) - Język angielski w stopniu umożliwiającym czytanie dokumentacji technicznej. - Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office - Bardzo dobra komunikatywność i współpraca w zespole. Mile widziane: - Świadectwo kwalifikacji E, - Znajomość Comarch Optima.
