Praca wychowawczą z młodzieżą Hufca Pracy. Współpraca ze szkołami, rodzinami/opiekunami prawnymi młodzieży. Kontakty z pracodawcami zatrudniającymi uczestników Hufca Pracy. Organizacja działań wychowawczych o charakterze imprez kulturalno-oświatowych, sportowo rekreacyjnych, inicjatyw prospołecznych oraz koła zainteresowań. Realizacja programów profilaktyczno-edukacyjnych oraz integracyjno-adaptacyjnych. Prowadzenie dokumentacji wychowawczej i sprawozdawczej. Realizacja projektów współfinansowanych ze środków UE.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Wychowawca w placówkach oświatowych, wsparcia dziennego, wychowawczych i opiekuńczych oraz instytucjach pieczy zastępczej umiejetności - prawo jazdy kategoria - B Wymagania niezbędne: Wykształcenie wyższe - wyższe na kierunku w zakresie pedagogiki, psychologii lub według wymagań określonych dla nauczycieli tj. (zgodnie z art. 9 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 26 stycznia 1982 r. Karta Nauczyciela - Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 986 z póź.zm. wykształcenie wyższe z odpowiednim przygotowaniem pedagogicznym). Posiadanie pełnej zdolności do czynności prawnych i korzystanie z pełni praw publicznych. Niekaralność za umyślne przestępstwo ścigane z oskarżenia publicznego, umyślne przestępstwo skarbowe, za umyślne przestępstwo przeciwko życiu i zdrowiu, przestępstwo przeciwko wolności seksualnej i obyczajności, znęcaniu się, handlu ludźmi, przestępstwa z użyciem przemocy na szkodę małoletniego, przestępstwo przeciwko rodzinie i opiece oraz przestępstwo określone w rozdziale 7 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o przeciwdziałaniu narkomanii (tekst jednolity Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1939 z póź.zm.). Znajomość obsługi MS Office, w szczególności MS Excel, PowerPoint. Prawo jazdy kat. B czynne. Wymagania dodatkowe: Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej. Umiejętność pracy w zespole i pod presją czasu. Rzetelność i terminowość prowadzonej dokumentacji biurowej. Doświadczenie w pracy z młodzieżą stanowi dodatkowy atut. Sumienność, kreatywność, komunikatywność i odpowiedzialność.
