Zakres obowiązków: aktywna sprzedaż usług (pozyskiwanie i domykanie klientów, prowadzenie rozmów, przygotowanie ofert), opieka nad klientem: kontakt, ustalenia, podsumowania, dbanie o jakość współpracy, prowadzenie projektów: harmonogram, priorytety, next steps, kontrola zakresu, kontrola postępu prac i koordynacja z zespołem wykonawczym (terminy, statusy, jakość), rozwój współpracy z obecnymi klientami (dosprzedaż, propozycje usprawnień).

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Specjalista do spraw kluczowych klientów (key account manager) Pixelis to agencja digital, która tworzy strony i sklepy na WordPress/WooCommerce oraz prowadzi marketing internetowy. Szukamy ambitnej osoby, która połączy sprzedaż + opiekę nad klientem + prowadzenie projektów i będzie realnym wsparciem właściciela w obsłudze klientów oraz rozwoju sprzedaży. Wymagane (tylko osoby z doświadczeniem): min. 2 lata doświadczenia w sprzedaży B2B i/lub opiece nad klientem (mile widziane usługi: digital/marketing/IT), doświadczenie w koordynacji tematów/projektów (pilnowanie ustaleń, terminów, postępu), umiejętność rozmowy handlowej: badanie potrzeb, argumentacja, domykanie, bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i samodzielność (dowozisz, nie odkładasz), rozumienie świata online: strony WWW, WordPress/WooCommerce, podstawy SEO/Ads (nie musisz kodować), dobra komunikacja pisemna i ustna (jasne podsumowania, trzymanie wątków). Mile widziane: doświadczenie jako Account Manager / Project Manager / Client Success / Sales w digitalu, praca na CRM, umiejętność porządkowania procesów i standardów obsługi klienta. Co oferujemy (konkrety): stała podstawa + prowizja od sprzedaży (transparentne zasady, realny wpływ na zarobki), (forma zatrudnienia dowolna, etat, B2B, zlecenie) szybkie decyzje i duża samodzielność liczy się efekt, nie proces dla procesu, praca przy ciekawych projektach i klientach, z których można wyciągnąć mocne doświadczenie, w pełni wyposażone stanowisko pracy: laptop, 2 monitory, elastyczne podejście do organizacji pracy (kluczowe jest dowiezienie tematu i efekty), w biurze kawa z ekspresu i normalna, partnerska atmosfera, spotkania u klientów zdarzają się możliwość korzystania z auta służbowego na potrzeby dojazdów do klienta (zasady do ustalenia). staż pracy ogółem - lata: 2
