Na co dzień będziesz: -zarządzać 15-20-osobowym zespołem sprzedaży B2B odpowiedzialnym za pozyskiwanie nowych klientów, -analizować wyniki sprzedaży i podejmować działania zwiększające skuteczność zespołu, -prowadzić odprawy, planować pracę oraz wspierać realizację celów, -rozwijać kompetencje konsultantów poprzez coaching, shadowing i regularny feedback, -analizować jakość rozmów oraz dbać o wysokie standardy sprzedaży, -wdrażać rozwiązania usprawniające procesy i zwiększające efektywność, -współpracować z Dyrekcją i HR przy rozwoju sprzedaży oraz budowaniu nowych standardów, -pracować na danych i wykorzystywać CRM oraz raporty do podejmowania decyzji.

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Kierownik centrum obsługi telefonicznej (kierownik call center) Najlepiej odnajdziesz się w tej roli, jeśli: -masz minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem sprzedaży, -znasz środowisko call center, najlepiej sprzedaż B2B i pracę na zimnych leadach, -swobodnie analizujesz dane i wykorzystujesz je do podejmowania decyzji, -potrafisz motywować ludzi, prowadzić rozmowy rozwojowe i udzielać konkretnego feedbacku, -budujesz autorytet poprzez konsekwencję, partnerską komunikację i odpowiedzialność, -dobrze odnajdujesz się w środowisku nastawionym na realizację celów, -lubisz rozwijać procesy i szukać sposobów na zwiększenie skuteczności zespołu Co zyskujesz, dołączając do UTI.PL?
