1. Obsługa finansowo-księgowa jednostek oświatowych. 2. Prowadzenie ewidencji finansowo-księgowej dochodów, wydatków oraz Zakładowego Funduszu Świadczeń Socjalnych. 3. Dekretacja i księgowanie dokumentów finansowych na kontach syntetycznych i analitycznych oraz uzgadnianie sald kont. 4. Współpraca z bankiem obsługiwanych jednostek: obsługa kont bankowych budżet, dochody, zfśs, projekty unijne, sporządzanie przelewów bankowych. 5. Weryfikacja wyników inwentaryzacji prowadzonych jednostek oświatowych. 6. Generowanie danych na potrzeby Systemu Informacji Oświatowej oraz Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego. 7. Opracowywanie wspólnie z dyrektorami szkół i placówek oświatowych zmian w planach finansowych. 8. Prowadzenie monitoringu realizacji zadań pod względem wykorzystania środków finansowych.
