1.Zarządzanie procesem budowlanym realizowanych inwestycji, w tym zadań realizowanych z udziałem środków pochodzących z Unii Europejskiej lub innych mechanizmów finansowych. 2.Finansowa kontrola prowadzonych zadań zgodnie z ustawą o finansach publicznych. 3.Opiniowanie projektów organizacji ruchu dla zadań realizowanych przez wydział. 4.Współpraca z Wydziałem Zamówień Publicznych w zakresie udzielenia zamówień publicznych. 5.Przeprowadzanie procedury i udzielanie zamówień, do których nie stosuje się ustawy PZP, tj. o wartości do 170 000 zł. 6.Przygotowanie danych oraz udział w opracowywaniu projektów planów rzeczowo-finansowych, rocznych i wieloletnich w zakresie inwestycji drogowych oraz przekazywanie ich do Wydziału Planowania i Analiz. 7.Sporządzanie sprawozdawczości z zakresu działania wydziału. Możliwość elastycznego czasu pracy - rozpoczęcie pracy między godz. 6.30 -7.30. praca w budynku Zarządu Dróg Wojewódzkich w Gdańsku, ul. Mostowa 11a.

wykształcenie - techniczne wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Pozostali pracownicy obsługi biurowej Wymagania niezbędne: 1.obywatelstwo polskie, 2.pełna zdolność do czynności prawnych oraz korzystanie z pełni praw publicznych, 3.niekaralność za przestępstwa popełnione umyślnie ścigane z oskarżenia publicznego lub umyślne przestępstwo skarbowe, 4.nieposzlakowana opinia, 5.wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, 6.minimum 2-letni staż pracy, 7.prawo jazdy kat. B, 8.obsługa komputera - MS Office, Auto-Cad, 9.wymagana znajomość ustawy prawo budowlane, ustawy o drogach publicznych, ustawy prawo zamówień publicznych, ustawy o finansach publicznych. Wymagania dodatkowe: 1.mile widziany kierunek wykształcenia: budownictwo, specjalność inżynieryjno-drogowa, 2.doświadczenie w pracy przy realizacji obiektów infrastrukturalnych drogi, w tym praca w jednostkach administracji publicznej, 3.uprawnienia do kierowania robotami budowlanymi bez ograniczeń w specjalności drogowej, 4.umiejętności negocjacyjne i analityczne myślenie, 5.dobra organizacja pracy, samodzielność oraz umiejętność ustalania priorytetów, 6.umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu. staż pracy ogółem - lata: 2
