Wykształcenie: min.zawodowe; uprawnienia transportowe (mile widziane); obsługa suwnic z poziomu "0"; umiejętnośći: obsługa wytaczarek CNC-biegła znajomość zasad działania i obsługi obrabiarek sterowanych numerycznie, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wytaczarek sterowanych oprogramowaniem HEIDENHAIN; uzbrajaznie i ustawianie maszyn- umiejętność mocowania, bazowania i pozycjonowania detali (w tym elementów o dużych gabarytach) oraz doboru i pomiaru narzędzi skrawających; korekta parametrów obróbki-wprowadzanie zmian i korekt narzędziowych lub wymiarowych bezpośrednio w panelu sterowania maszyny; pomiary i kontrola jakości-biegła obsługa warsztatowych narzędzi pomiarowych (suwmiarki, mikrometry, średnicówki, czujniki mikrometryczne/zegarowe) oraz umiejętność oceny dokładności wykonania detali; rysunek techniczny- czytanie i interpretacja rysunków wykonawaczych oraz tolerancji kształtu i położenia; konserwacja stanowiska: znajomość podstawowych zasad utrzymania ruchu (uzupełnianie chłodziwa, kontrola układów smarowania, dbanie o czystość maszyny); zakres obowiązków: obsługa i prowadzenie procesu obróbki skrawaniem na dużych maszynach CNC-ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wytaczarek; uruchamianie programów obróbczych oraz nadzór nad prawidłowym przebiegiem cylku pracy maszyny; wprowadzanie bieżących korekt parametrów skrawania (korektyy narzędziowe, korekty wymiarowe) w sterowaniu maszyn; przygotowywanie obrabiarek do realizacji zadań produkcyjnych zgodnie z planem produkcyjnym i dokumentacją technologiczną; mocowanie, ustawianie i bazowanie obrabianych detali (w tym elementów wielkogabarytowych); dobór, montaż, pomiar oraz uzbrajanie maszyny w odpowiednie narzędzia skrawające i oprzyrządowanie technologiczne; prowadzenie bieżącej kontroli jakościowej wytwarzanych elementów na poszczególnych etapach obróbki; weryfikacja wymiarów geometrycznych oraz tolerancji obrobionych detali przy uzyciu podstawowych i specjalistycznych narzędzi pomiarowych (np.suwmiarki, mikrometry, średnicówki); zapobieganie powstawaniu braków oraz natychmiastowe reagowanie i zgłaszanie odchyleń od wymagań jakościowych; miejsce pracy: Zabrze lub Gliwice- według prefeencji kandydata; trzy zmiany
