Zapewnienie wysokiego poziomu opieki pielęgniarskiej pacjentom ośrodka dializ. Przygotowywanie aparatów do zabiegu hemodializy oraz dbanie o czystość sprzętu medycznego. Wykonywanie dializy oraz monitorowanie pacjenta podczas jej trwania. Współpraca z lekarzem w zakresie opieki nad pacjentem. Prowadzenie elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej związanej z zabiegami hemodializy. Edukacja pacjentów w zakresie opieki nad dostępem naczyniowym, diety, aktywności fizycznej. Udzielanie wsparcia pacjentom i ich rodzinom.

wykształcenie - medyczne średnie zawodowe wykształcenie - medyczne wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Pielęgniarka Nasze wymagania: Aktualne prawo wykonywania zawodu pielęgniarki/pielęgniarza Praktyczne umiejętności wykonywania zawodu pielęgniarki/pielęgniarza (jesteśmy otwarci także na osoby bez doświadczenia zawodowego). Empatia i cierpliwość w kontaktach z pacjentami i wysokie kompetencje społeczne. Sumienność i skrupulatność w wykonywaniu obowiązków oraz zaangażowanie. Odpowiedzialność i umiejętność podejmowania decyzji. Umiejętność zarówno pracy samodzielnej jak i w zespole. Proaktywna postawa i poczucie humoru :). Gotowość do podnoszenia kwalifikacji oraz obsługa komputera, znajomość MS Office. Mile widziane: doświadczenie w dializoterapii lub innej jednostce nefrologicznej. Oferujemy: Stabilne warunki zatrudnienia w międzynarodowej firmie o ugruntowanej pozycji na rynku (od 8000 PLN brutto dla osób rozpoczynających swoją przygodę z pielęgniarstwem) Zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę o pracę lub kontrakt/zlecenie Pracujemy od poniedziałku do soboty od 7:00 do 18:00. Program szkoleniowy z zakresu dializoterapii akredytowany przez międzynarodową organizację EDTNA potwierdzany certyfikatem. Wsparcie Mentora w okresie całego wdrożenia (około 10 tygodni). Pracę w oparciu o najwyższe standardy opieki nad pacjentem na wysokiej jakości sprzęcie specjalistycznym i elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej. Pracę w zespole profesjonalistów z zakresu dializoterapii, kierującym się każdego dnia naszymi wartościami Diaverum Troskliwa opieka.
