1.Opiniowanie i wydawanie decyzji na umieszczenie w pasach drogowych dróg i ulic gminnych urządzeń niezwiązanych z drogami. 2. Naliczanie kar za zajęcie pasa drogowego bez wymaganego zezwolenia. 3.Wnioskowanie o rozwiązania komunikacyjne uwzględniające potrzeby mieszkańców oraz dbałość o sprawną organizację, porządek i bezpieczeństwo ruchu drogowego oraz wydawanie opinii w tym zakresie. 4. Współdziałanie z właściwymi organami w zakresie bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego na drogach gminnych oraz przejazdach kolejowych. 5. Nadzorowanie zadań związanych z letnim i zimowym utrzymaniem czystości i przejezdności dróg i ciągów pieszych, zlecanie, rozliczanie i kontrola świadczonych w tym zakresie usług oraz współpraca z innymi zarządcami dróg.
