Udział w wykonywaniu zadań i czynności w zakresie formalno-prawnego przygotowywania i przeprowadzania postępowań o udzielanie zamówień publicznych, w zakresie zgodnym z zasadami i trybami określonymi w ustawie z dnia 11 września 2019 roku Prawo zamówień publicznych oraz w przepisach wewnętrznych, dotyczących zasad udzielania zamówień publicznych w UMWP. Udział w pracach komisji przetargowej przeprowadzającej postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego na wykonanie usług, dostaw lub robót budowlanych. Sporządzanie dokumentacji z postępowań o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego. Praca od poniedziałku do piątku, rozpoczęcie pracy między godz. 7:00-8:30.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Specjalista administracji publicznej doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze zamówień publicznych, znajomość przepisów i ustaw: prawo zamówień publicznych wraz z aktami wykonawczymi, znajomość towarzyszących aktów prawnych regulujących zagadnienia związane z zamówieniami publicznymi, wiedza dotycząca samorządu województwa oraz ustawy o samorządzie województwa, dobra znajomość obsługi komputera MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) oraz urządzeń biurowych, sumienność, dokładność, samodzielność, bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, brak skazania prawomocnym wyrokiem sądu za umyślne przestępstwo ścigane z oskarżenia publicznego lub umyślne przestępstwo skarbowe, obywatelstwo polskie, nieposzlakowana opinia, pełna zdolność do czynności prawnych oraz korzystanie z pełni praw publicznych.Wymagania dodatkowe pozostałe wymagania pozwalające na optymalne wykonywanie zadań na stanowisku: studia podyplomowe/ kursy/ szkolenia: z zakresu prawa zamówień publicznych.
