a) przeprowadzanie wymiaru podatków: - od nieruchomości należnego od osób fizycznych, - rolnego należnego od osób fizycznych i osób prawnych,- leśnego należnego od osób fizycznych i osób prawnych, b) aktualizacja danych ewidencji podatkowej, c) przyjmowanie, w tym pomoc w wypełnieniu, informacji podatkowych od osób fizycznych, d) egzekwowanie obowiązku składania deklaracji podatkowych od osób prawnych, e) przyjmowanie i sprawdzanie deklaracji podatkowych od osób prawnych, f) prowadzenie postępowań podatkowych w sprawie przyznania ulg, w tym przygotowywanie decyzji, g) prowadzenie rejestrów: wymiarowego, przypisów i odpisów, umorzeń oraz udzielonych ulg ustawowych, h) sporządzanie sprawozdań budżetowych (Rb-27S, Rb-N), i) przygotowywanie, do projektu budżetu, symulacji skutków obniżenia maksymalnych stawek podatkowych i innych zwolnień dochodów, j) prowadzenie postępowań w sprawie udzielenia pomocy publicznej, wystawianie zaświadczeń o pomocy de minimis, k) potwierdzanie umów dzierżaw zawieranych pomiędzy rolnikami, l) wykonywanie innych

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) wykształcenie - średnie zawodowe zawód - Pozostali pracownicy obsługi biura gdzie indziej niesklasyfikowani umiejetności - biegła obsługa komputera Minimum 3 - letni staż pracy ( w przypadku posiadania/dokumentowania wykształcenia średniego)

1/ niezbędne: a) obywatelstwo polskie b) posiadanie pełnej zdolności do czynności prawnych oraz korzystanie z pełni praw publicznych, c) wykształcenie/staż pracy: * wyższe magisterskie/licencjackie preferowany kierunek/specjalność: rachunkowość lub rachunkowość i finanse lub ekonomia lub * średnie z zakresu ekonomii lub rachunkowości technik ekonomista lub technik rachunkowości i minimum 3-letni staż pracy, d) niekaralność za umyślne przestępstwa ścigane z oskarżenia publicznego lub umyślne przestępstwa skarbowe, e) znajomość zasad funkcjonowania samorządu terytorialnego, f) wiedza niezbędna do realizacji n/w zadań , g) bardzo dobra znajomość obsługi komputera, h) zdolność podejmowania rozstrzygnięć merytorycznych, i) nieposzlakowana opinia, j) wysoka kultura osobista, k) stan zdrowia pozwalający na zatrudnienie, l) odporność na stres. 2/ dodatkowe: a) doświadczenie w administracji samorządowej, b) umiejętność interpretacji przepisów prawnych, c) umiejętność pracy w zespole
