realizacja pracy socjalnej, przeprowadzanie rodzinnych wywiadów środowiskowych, analiza, diagnoza i ocena zjawisk indywidualnych i społecznych, udzielanie informacji, wskazówek, porad osobom w trudnej sytuacji życiowej. Inicjowanie nowych form pomocy osobom potzrebującym, prowadzenie i kompletowanie dokumentacji ośób korzystających z pomocy społecznej. Opracowywanie planów pomocy , w tym związanych z realizacją zadań określonych w kontrakcie socjalnym.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat), kierunek: praca socjalna zawód - Pracownik socjalny IV. Wymaganie niezbędne: posiadanie kwalifikacji zgodnych z art. 116 oraz art. 156 ustawy o pomocy społecznej, obywatelstwo polskie, pełna zdolność do czynności prawnych oraz korzystania z pełni praw publicznych niekaralność prawomocnym wyrokiem sądu za umyślne przestępstwo ścigane z oskarżenia publicznego lub umyślne przestępstwo skarbowe, nieposzlakowana opinia, znajomość i umiejętność stosowania następujących aktów prawnych: ustawy z dnia 12 marca 2004 r. (z późn. zm.) o pomocy społecznej;

ustawy z dnia 21 listopada 2008 r. (z późn. zm.) o pracownikach samorządowych; ustawy z dnia z dnia 14 czerwca 1960 r. (z późn. zm.) kodeks postępowania administracyjnego; ustawy z dnia 9 czerwca 2011 r. (z późn. zm.) o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej; ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. (z późn. zm.) o przeciwdziałaniu przemocy domowej; inne ustawy i rozporządzenia aktualnie obowiązujące w pomocy społecznej,

stan zdrowia pozwalający na zatrudnienie na danym stanowisku, umiejętność obsługi komputera. V. Wymagania dodatkowe:

mile widziane doświadczenie zawodowe na stanowisku pracownika socjalnego, komunikatywność, rzetelność, samodzielność, odpowiedzialność, umiejętność prac w zespole, dobra organizacja pracy, radzenie sobie ze stresem, umiejętność dobrego radzenia sobie w sytuacjach z trudnym klientem, wysoka kultura osobista.
