Prowadzenie obsługi księgowej w zakresie Funduszu Świadczeń Socjalnych, sum depozytowych i czynszu dzierżawnego kół łowieckich; prowadzenie rejestru faktur i rachunków, polegające na bieżącym wprowadzaniu dokumentów do rejestru oraz ich terminowym przekazywaniu wg Instrukcji obiegu dokumentów do dalszej realizacji umożliwiającej terminowe dokonanie zapłaty; księgowanie na kontach syntetycznych i analitycznych Funduszu Świadczeń Socjalnych, sum depozytowych i czynszu dzierżawnego kół łowieckich Starostwa oraz sporządzanie sprawozdań finansowych w tym zakresie; w zakresie obsługi finansowo-księgowej sum depozytowych, rozliczanie pobranej w drodze inkasa opłaty skarbowej z UM Opola oraz uzgadnianie wielkości pobranej opłaty skarbowej w kasie Starostwa Powiatowego w Opolu; w zakresie obsługi finansowo-księgowej czynszu dzierżawnego kół łowieckich uzgadnianie i przekazywanie czynszu uiszczanego przez koła łowieckie na poszczególne gminy i nadleśnictwa; bieżąca kontrola zapłat należności i ich windykacja poprzez wysyłanie wezwań do zapłaty oraz kierowanie spraw do egzekucji; przygotowywanie dokumentacji zgromadzonej w Wydziale do archiwizacji, a w szczególności sporządzanie spisów archiwizowanych dokumentów księgowych.
