1) Prowadzenie obsługi prawnej komórek organizacyjnych Urzędu Miasta Jelenia Góra. 2) Opracowywanie pod względem formalno-prawnym, merytorycznym i redakcyjnym projektów aktów prawnych Prezydenta i Zastępcy Prezydenta oraz opiniowanie projektów uchwał Rady. 3) Doradztwo, udzielanie porad i wydawanie opinii w zakresie stosowania prawa. 4) Ciągły monitoring w zakresie zmian przepisów prawa, bieżące informowanie jednostek organizacyjnych Urzędu w ww. zakresie oraz inicjowanie nowych rozwiązań organizacyjno-prawnych związanych ze zmianą przepisów. 5) Opiniowanie projektów umów i porozumień. 6) Wykonywanie zastępstwa procesowego w sądach powszechnych, sądach administracyjnych oraz w Sądzie Najwyższym. 7) Przeprowadzanie szkoleń dotyczących nowelizacji i stosowania prawa.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Radca prawny uprawnienie - Radca prawny umiejetności - RZETELNOŚĆ I ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ umiejetności - umiejętność pracy w sytuacjach stresowych i nadzwyczajnych umiejetności - ANALITYCZNY UMYSŁ [Umiejętność 2] : dobra znajomośc Systemu Informacji Prawnej LEX [Umiejętność 1] : wpis na listę radców prawnych [Inne] : wykonywanie pracy albo świadczenie usług jako radca prawny przez co najmniej 10 lat na rzecz jednostek samorządu terytorialnego w tym urzędów gmin, starostw powiatowych urzędów marszałkowskich lub jednostek czy zakładów budżetowych, przy czym staż pracy w urzędzie (starostwie) w charakterze radcy prawnego winien wynosić co najmniej 5 lat.
