wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Referendarz sądowy Na stanowisko referendarza sądowego może być zatrudniony ten, kto: - jest obywatelem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i korzysta z pełni praw cywilnych i obywatelskich, - jest nieskazitelnego charakteru, - ukończył wyższe studia prawnicze w Polsce i uzyskał tytuł magistra lub zagraniczne uznane w Polsce, - zdał egzamin referendarski, sędziowski, prokuratorski, notarialny, adwokacki albo radcowski lub ukończył aplikację sędziowską albo aplikację prokuratorską, lub uzyskał wpis na listę adwokatów albo wpis na listę radców prawnych albo został powołany przez Ministra Sprawiedliwości na notariusza.

Do zgłoszenia o przystąpieniu do konkursu należy dołączyć: - wniosek o zatrudnienie na stanowisku referendarza sądowego, - życiorys i informację o przebiegu kariery zawodowej, - oryginał lub urzędowo poświadczony odpis dokumentu potwierdzającego uzyskanie pozytywnego wyniku z egzaminu sędziowskiego, prokuratorskiego, notarialnego, adwokackiego, radcowskiego lub referendarskiego albo oryginał lub urzędowo poświadczony odpis dyplomu ukończenia aplikacji ogólnej, aplikacji sędziowskiej aplikacji prokuratorskiej, lub dokument potwierdzający co najmniej 5 lat zatrudnienia na stanowisku asystenta sędziego w pełnym wymiarze czasu pracy. W przypadku zatrudnienia w niepełnym wymiarze czasu pracy okres ten podlega proporcjonalnemu wydłużeniu. - 3 aktualne fotografie zgodne z wymaganiami stosowanymi przy wydawaniu dowodów osobistych, - oświadczenie o wyrażeniu zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych na potrzeby konkursu.

Mile widziane dokumenty potwierdzające dodatkowe kwalifikacje i osiągnięcia. Użyteczne może być także złożenie wypełnionej ankiety personalnej (wg wzoru zamieszczonego na stronie internetowej sądu).

Zgłoszenia o przystąpieniu do konkursu, zwanego dalej zgłoszeniem wraz z wymienionymi dokumentami należy złożyć w zamkniętej kopercie, opatrzonej oznaczeniem konkursu ( Konkurs referendarz sądowy OK.1100.2.2026 Bezpośrednio w siedzibie Sądu lub przesłać za pośrednictwem operatora pocztowego (decyduje data nadania przesyłki w placówce pocztowej operatora) do 23 października 2026 r. do Oddziału Kadr Sądu Rejonowego dla Warszawy Woli w Warszawie, ul.
