1. Kompleksowa obsługa administracyjna zagranicznych wyjazdów służbowych pracowników, doktorantów i studentów oraz przyjazdów gości zagranicznych. 2. Weryfikacja dokumentacji dotyczącej wyjazdów zagranicznych, przygotowywanie dokumentów związanych z finansowaniem wyjazdów i przyjazdów oraz współpraca z jednostkami administracji uczelni w zakresie ich rozliczania. 3. Organizacja i koordynacja wizyt delegacji zagranicznych oraz spotkań z partnerami międzynarodowymi. 4. Obsługa administracyjna współpracy bilateralnej Uniwersytetu z uczelniami i instytucjami zagranicznymi. 5. Organizacja i współorganizacja wydarzeń, konferencji, seminariów i spotkań o charakterze międzynarodowym. 6. Współpraca z krajowymi i zagranicznymi instytucjami finansującymi oraz wspierającymi współpracę międzynarodową, w szczególności w ramach programów Erasmus+, NAWA i innych inicjatyw międzynarodowych. 7. Prowadzenie działań informacyjnych dotyczących możliwości udziału w programach i projektach międzynarodowych. 8. Współpraca z uczelniami partnerskimi w zakresie wymiany akademickiej oraz promocji oferty edukacyjnej Uniwersytetu. 9. Udział w przygotowywaniu raportów, sprawozdań, analiz i wniosków dotyczących współpracy międzynarodowej oraz realizowanych programów. 10. Obsługa systemów informatycznych wykorzystywanych w działalności Działu Współpracy z Zagranicą. 11. Współpraca z jednostkami organizacyjnymi Uniwersytetu w zakresie realizacji projektów i przedsięwzięć międzynarodowych. 12. Wykonywanie innych zadań wynikających z działalności Działu Współpracy z Zagranicą.

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Pozostali pracownicy obsługi biurowej Od kandydata/kandydatki oczekujemy: 1. Wykształcenia minimum średniego. 2. Znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie co najmniej B1. 3. Bardzo dobrej znajomości pakietu Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 4.
